Litter scrapers

Fienhage has designed its own system for removing litter in the barn, which is ideally suited to removing this waste in aviary systems. This eliminates the need to remove litter manually and improves dust pollution prevention.
The system comprises a drive with tensioning device, pulleys, two limit switches and a wire cable. Litter scrapers in a variety of sizes are mounted on the cable. They transport the litter step by step to the end of the barn, where it is transported away on the manure conveyor. All the components of our litter scraper are galvanised and maintenance free. The Fienhage litter scraper has an integral anti floor egg mode and optional slip control. The drive can also be reversed smoothly in the manure channel, if this is required by the customer.
